It is now widely accepted that any IT Managed Service Provision should be governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This is essential to define the parameters of the service, for the benefit of both the provider and the recipient. This means that if your business has encountered any technical problems then we would come to your office to try and resolve the issue. It is a legal contract between Cressy IT and your organisation.
